Participating in Cali Odassa's Memorial Day 2022 Gift With Purchase Event means the customer or client (you) agrees to the rules and limitations provided below. This fine print will be available in-store for customers upon request.

If gift supplies (up to value of USD$180) run out, Cali Odassa will offer the option to ship your gift to you OR to provide you with store credit for that gift, when or if that gift returns to stock. Stocking practices are up to the sole discretion of Cali Odassa. Since limited supplies are available, customers may not get to choose what color, style, or condition they receive their gift in-store, though choosing to receive gifts by shipping may broaden those options. If you choose to receive your gift in-store, Cali Odassa will not be held liable for any damages, defects, or problems that are outside of Cali Odassa's reasonable return policies.

Gifts with a value of USD$750 or more (Electric Scooters) are exempt from the above gift policies. Electric Scooters will not be shipped, restocked, or matched with store credit. Customers may choose gifts from lower tiers in lieu of an Electric Scooter, up to a fair value decided by Cali Odassa staff on a case-by-case basis.

These gifts are non-refundable, exempt from exchange policies, and are gifted only through the perimeters set above. If you receive a gift that is faulty according and in-line with manufacturers warranties, we will do our best to replace your gift or offer one of equal or lesser value.

Please do not harass or attempt to barter with Cali Odassa staff. These are good deals given fairly with your purchase.

This is a one-time promotion, and is not available for combination with any other offers or promotions. Spending amounts dictated above are pre-tax.
