Please allow up to 1 business day for us to process your order. After purchase, you should receive an email receipt that will make tracking available.

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Since we are a small business with specialty goods, we do not offer refunds for our products.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one, or exchange it for store credit within 30 days of your original purchase.

We do not accept any returns or exchanges for swimwear, intimate items, beauty items or gift cards. We cannot exchange items that are visibly used, without tags, or otherwise unreasonable to exchange.

Please either visit the shop or contact us within 30 days of receiving your product to begin the process. Be sure to include your receipt or order number in your request so we can best assist you!

Return Shipping

After your return request has been approved, we will send you a PDF of a return shipping label. Please print it out and affix to to your package.

You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund. If you’re shipping an item over $75, please consider purchasing shipping insurance to ensure it arrives.

Final Sale Items

If an item is sold at discount or marked “final sale”, it does not qualify for return or exchange. 

Swimwear, intimates, beauty products and gift cards are all considered final sale items.
